The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has recently updated the filing addresses for Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker. Of special relevance to this fiscal year’s H-1B cap season, the filing addresses for H-1B regular cap subject petitions and H-1B Master’s cap petitions have been updated.
As an example, USCIS indicates that H-1B regular cap subject petitions filed with the California Service Center using FedEx, UPS, and DHS delivery services should now be mailed to:
USCIS California Service Center
Attn: I-129 H-1B Regular Cap
24000 Avila Road
1st Floor, Room 1600
Laguna Niguel, CA 92677
Please refer to the new Form I-129 filing address webpage to ensure that I-129 petitions are mailed to the correct mailing address.
Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any questions regarding this matter.
