At SWLG:

Yuchao is based in our California office and handling employment-based non-immigration and immigrant visa petitions for corporate clients ranging from multinational corporations to meagering start-ups and advises on compliance matters. He also assists with individual clients with various family-based immigrant matters.

Prior Experience:

Prior to joining SWLG, Yuchao was an associate attorney in China and an immigration specialist at a nonprofit organization.

Interest in Immigration:

As an immigrant himself, Yuchao went through the U.S. immigration and realized how difficult and challenging the immigration system could be to a foreign national. As a strong supporter of civil rights, he decided to practice immigration law during the law school.

Interesting Facts:

Yuchao enjoys traveling around the U.S. with his family. He visited 17 national parks so far and the list continues.
