Join us as we discuss various implications for employers and HR under the Trump Administration. In particular, we will cover new and revised employment laws and immigration policies under the Trump administration, including stricter scrutiny, extreme vetting and resulting increased Requests for Further Evidence (RFEs); also, additional compliance issues for employers as well as unique challenges for start ups under the Trump administration.
