After suspending non-emergency services at offices on March 18, 2020 USCIS reopened offices for some face-to-face services on June 4, 2020. Visitors must wear masks or facial coverings and may not enter USCIS offices if they have any symptoms of COVID-19 or had close contact in the last 14 days with anyone known or suspected to have COVID-19, or who have been directed to self-quarantine within the last 14 days.
Complete current guidelines on entering USCIS offices can be found here.
USCIS has not yet reopened Application Support Centers and has not begun scheduling biometrics appointments.
USCIS plans to provide more information on re-openings. SW Law will closely monitor this information and issue updates accordingly.
